Przestronny apartament , wyposażony w niezbędne urządzenia.

Wygodny apartament z dobrze działającą klimatyzacją (na zewnątrz było 35 stopni a w apartamencie przyjemnie chłodno)

Cisza i widok z okna. Klimatyzacja.
Zdjęcie nie odpowiadało rzeczywistości, fakt inny apartament, bez takiego tarasu, ale brak mebli na balkonie, mimo że na innych były. Bardzo wąskie miejsca parkingowe, fakt plus że są ale część zbyt wąska i problematyczne parkowanie.

Apartament 18 na parterze z dużym tarasem, mieszkanie małe ale ustawne i wyposażone w akcesoria kuchenne, deskę i żelazko, ładna łazienka. Taras z ekspozycją na zachód, duży z stołem dla 4 osób i leżakami. Łazienka jest najbardziej użytkowym pomieszczeniem. Lokal czysty.
Apartament 18, ciasny, dla maks 2 osób. Kanapa w salonie mało wygodna, jako awaryjna opcja. Sypialnia wciśnięta pod schody na piętro z skosem. Przed budynkiem brak miejsca, jedynie ciasne miejsca parkingowe, gdzie nie ma opcji zaparkować autem z platformą rowerową. Rowerownia symboliczna, na maks 5 rowerów, na kilkanaście lokali :) podjazd na adres bardzo stromy i długi, wejście na pieszo z bagażem jest wyzwaniem. Brak pralki, brak zmywarki. Mały aneks kuchenny.
