Loved absolutely everything about this property. The location is unbeatable, the decor and rooms just gorgeous and the staff are wonderful. So helpful and friendly. Can’t wait to go back.

Great beachfront location!
The location was very interesting and unique, as the property is directly on the beach. The staff were friendly, the room was spacious, and check-in was very easy. Breakfast with a sea view was a real highlight. There were plenty of lounge areas to relax and secure parking available. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
What could be improved:
The location of our room was not ideal, as it was quite noisy and unfortunately did not have a terrace. Closing the door required a lot of force, which was inconvenient. The facial recognition system only worked intermittently when trying to re-enter the hotel.
Additionally, aside from the Robberg Nature Reserve, Plettenberg Bay itself did not offer many sights or activities
