Good location and friendly owner.
You need to prepare your futon bed yourself.

Lovely apartment, magnificent shower (i wish i had that water pressure at home) and a very friendly staff/host. I felt at ease. A 7-eleven at walking distance and real good eating places in the area.
Futons are not for everybody.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Washer to clean our clothes. Drying racks for outside drying. Staff that took in our clothes when we were at the museum and it started to rain. The breakfast was continental with plentiful fruit, breads and yogurt.
