Most of the owner’s work of arts are exhibited in the park surrounding the property creating a beautiful open-air museum. This property is approx. 500 m away from the village of Monteverdi Marittima that is accessible via a small road running along the estate. All of the apartments have been carefully restored with a large use of travertine, the owner’s favorite material, and are simply furnished with some ancient pieces, artistic ceramics and owner’s decorations in every room. This property comprises 8 units, a large pool and a charming covered pool with a nice solarium terrace. Additional bedrooms are available for rent (upon request) in the main house.
In a 1-hour drive there are many charming towns and villages such as Volterra, the medieval village of Bolgheri (renowned for the production of excellent wines), the “Oasi of Bolgheri” (a natural preserve) as well as the beautiful beaches of the Etruscan coastline (Marina di Cecina, Marina di Bibbona and Marina di Castagneto).
