    Free, good coffee in lobby. All the facilities are good. Older style room is spacious and clean, but definitely showing its age. But also way cheaper than the renovated floors. Sento is good, parking easy, but breakfast, if not for the nagoya style eel, would have been a total fail. Frozen food, powdered eggs, lousy bread, and no milk or orange juice. They must do better than that for breakfast.

    Booked a twin room with outside view. On the booking page, the room looks really great and stylish with a nice view of the train station. We were given a worn down room with a view of the adjacent building. Very different from what we expected. But the worst part was the Air conditioning system. It doesn’t get cold even setting it in low temperature of 20 degrees. Imagine staying in that room on a summer day/night here in Japan. Terrible. We decided to check out earlier than we’re supposed to.
