Someone yelled at me and my son for playing in the playground at 6:30am because they open that area until 7am, being the only place to keep a child quite at that time , should be available

Great breakfast, comfortable beds, really nice room. Big TV.
There was no hot water. First day, no hot water at all, and I had a very cold shower. Second day, only warm water. This is major issue for a hotel charging $160/night

I booked a room with a Queen bed, they changed our room with a double bed instead. I asked them to change the room but didn't accept it. I ended up staying at the hotel because it was late to look for another option.
Small rooms with no ventilation, the room smells bad.
