So comfy and host just is very kind and welcoming. The AC is good, it was clean and nice to come back to after a long hot day. The shower was good- very high pressure and warm. The beds were clean and the lamps worked.
The TV only had Italian channels.

Warm welcome! Good, safe, quiet location. Near bus routes into central Rome or half an hour walk. Very comfy bed & pillows, lovely shower. Our window overlooked a pretty garden.

The staff were very helpful and friendly when we checked in, answering any questions we had about the place and the city itself.
The value for money is great, clean room and just one bus, tram or train from the city.
Our sheets and linens were not changed once during our 4 night stay.
The doors are quite thin so you can hear into the communal area and the hallway. On our first night there were two people talking and laughing quite loudly from 23:00 - 01:00 and we struggled to get to sleep. You can also hear the train pass by occasionally.
