Located in a quiet privileged place in the countryside, stone house dating from 1780 renovated south facing surrounded by a large garden of 4000m2 bordered by a stream. House 1 floor (for 5 people in the winter and possibility to use the room Garden level summer for another 2 persons), 3 bedrooms upstairs a lounge kitchen dining room and terrace, bathroom ( shower) toilet at ground floor and a separate bedroom garden level to use the summer. A cellar including washing machine. Ideal to relax in nature, surrounded by woods (start hiking along property), close to beaches (10mm of Sainte-Marine and Island-Tudy) and the River Odet River located 1km. The house is ideally located to visit the places of investigations of the DUPIN Commissioner!Close to the River Odet garden is a natural place to observe all kinds of birds. The house is accessible by the expressway Quimper / Pont l'Abbé by a private road where the castle route through a ford (summer only). You are close to Quimper and Pont l'Abbé 10mm drive. A 10 mm Gulf of L'Odet and horse farm Plomelin. For shopping you have a small supermarket in Plomelin and an excellent bakery with the best Breton cake corner, a Breton cider and whiskey distillery. Also another bigger supermarket in Combrit with an excellent fishmonger radius. To go out the local cafe and its concerts in COMBRIT, the bars and restaurants of the port of the island-tudy and Sainte Marine. To visit the museums of Quimper and Pont l'Abbé, discover also the beautiful beach of La Torche for surfing and kite surfing. There is a bus from Quimper train station 1km from the house, Pluguffan airport is nearby. During the summer period the house is rented from Saturday to Saturday.
