The property is close to the train station, in a calm street. Shops and restaurants are nearby in a walking distance. The common spaces, including the kitchen, are very pleasant. The entrance sports many beautiful flowering plants. I definitely recommend this place.
Nitpick: Noisy security camera near the entrance. It occasionally automatically turns, and apparently the bearings are worn and produce some annoying sounds. Probably only an issue for the one room that is close to the camera, though.
