Comfortably hotel with staff exceptionally good.

Staff extremely helpful Facilities high standard and very clean.

Food rather unexciting. Rooms allocated very noisy airconditioning and unacceptable. However then moved to Much better rooms

Frustrating but with potential

The room was spacious, and was located near the place a was visiting. The shower is very good and the bed was comfortable.

The room, especially the bathroom, needed several repairs. The towels were clean but very worn. The smoke detector has a strong red light that disturbs your sleep.

Just arriving at The bedroom, I identified that The card Was not Well. After, we identified that there was not liquid soap available.

Comfy stay and welcoming staff.

Breakfast was good, reasonable selection. Location was good for me due to the event I was at, may not work for others as on the highway in, what feels like the middle of nowhere. Reception staff spoke English, which was an unexpected bonus.

Was only in overnight, so did nothing more than go to my room, sleep, grab breakfast and leave, and everything I needed was there.

Good stay for on the go

Modern and clean,

the paint and the bathrooms could be maintained better, because humidity ( black spots ) are appearing on the walls and seems never cleaned out the bathrooms as it should to avoid this, paint of the doorpost bathroom also getting dirty. Management should be checking on this. Because for a hotel of this brand and price this should not happen

Great hotel for business or shopping travellers, due to the shopping mall right next door.

Really clean, modern hotel. Lucas on reception was super nice and attended to us in a really helpful, professional manner. The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfy bed, functioning air con, large bathroom and decent shower. The breakfast was simple but decent. They have a great luggage cart which I had to use on 2 occasions because of all my equipment. They also received a late night delivery for me at the front desk and kept it for me until the morning, which was really helpful.

There's nothing I didn't like really... the view from my room wasn't great, but that's perhaps because the weather was terrible! The lifts were perhaps a bit slow, but not really a problem.

Fiquei muito decepcionado com a estadia no geral.

Do cafe da manhã, do fato de nao ter cama extra para meu filho como prometido na reserva e ter que esperar para montarem, de terem entrado no quarto para ver consumo de frigobar mesmo com aviso de nao perturbe na porta, do cartao ter que ser validado toda vez que precisava entrar no quarto, entre outras coisas.

Gostei muito da Recepção, ótimos funcionários.! Nós fomos muito bem atendidos. Levamos nossa filha de quatro patas,🐾🐾 ganhou tapetes higiênico do melhor, caminha, e perguntaram se queria os comedores e bebedores para a nossa pet. Mas nós tínhamos levado. Nossa pet foi tratada como uma princesa. 💖 Academia muito boa, dar para fazer um treino de ótima qualidade, os aparelhos atendem bem para treinar. Café da manhã maravilhoso, com boas opções, amei o suco verde detox. Tudo muito delicioso. Tem restaurante e a comida e muito boa, leve. O garçom Eliseu e super simpático, atencioso, educado, muito prestativo.! Tem uma cafeteira espresso com variedades de sabores, cappuccino, chocolate, café longo, curto de cortesia do hotel, tem chá também no corredor da Recepção com variedades de sabores como cortesia, bolas macia e saborosas na recepção. Meu esposo estava fazendo aniversário e ganhou um jantar maravilhoso de cortesia, mais a hospedagem da nossa pet que também nos presenteou de cortesia. Ficamos muito felizes e gratos ! Foi uma experiência maravilhosa. Excelente em todos os itens. Gratidão 🙏🤍 ✨️

Para o valor da acomodação, o café de amanhã é bem básico. Você pode preparar esse café com o que tem na geladeira da sua casa.

O hotel tem infiltração no teto do corredor do 5to andar, o café de amanhã não é bom. No entanto, o quarto estava limpo, organizado, tv funcionando, ar condicionado em excelentes condições, lenções limpos, frigobar e elevador funcionado.

Não tem acesso para quem vem do centro da cidade, pois o hotel depende do shopping para que os hóspedes possam entrar com o carro. Se o hóspede vier do centro da cidade e não tiver como entrar pelo estacionamento do shopping, ele terá que percorrer mais 5 km para conseguir fazer o retorno na Rio-Santos e assim acesso o hotel.
