About this house rental

Large character house, feet in the water, which can accommodate 12 people, with breathtaking views of the lake and the mountains. Private access to the lake. Excenevex sandy beach within walking distance.
For those who love the views, clearances and large spaces.

40 minutes from the ski slopes of Morzine / Avoriaz / Les Gets

A 2-minute walk from the house, in the heart of the village, you will find a grocery store, a bakery, a tobacco shop and a restaurant. A hundred meters away, you can enjoy good regional dishes from the Hotel de la Plage restaurant, which enjoys an exceptional location by the water.

We stayed here for 3 days with a party of 14 people and we were very happy with the house and the surroundings. It fit our purposes perfectly. There are 2 shower rooms and 1 en-suite bathroom that have been updated and are very modern, as well as the kitchen. The kitchen was well appointed with all the customary appliances and many different utensils. Bakery is less than 5 mins walk. There is a Nespresso machine and 2 cafetières for coffee, as well as a large caquelon for fondue (for 6-8 people). There are enough side plates, dinner plates, cups, glasses, bowls and flatware to serve the large group and more, so we never ran out before running the dishwasher each night. The large farmhouse sink made washing cookware easy. There is plenty of outdoor furniture and a large outdoor table separately for group meals. The view is better than the photos show, across to the Swiss Alps with the mountains visible to the east. 1 shower room has a toilet and there are 2 other toilets separately on different floors. We loved the historic Haute-Savoie architectural style and didn’t mind the creaky floorboards and stairs as it added to the rustic experience. The main dining table and the living room had enough seating for our other group plus additional guests and we never felt cramped. The contact person was very nice and well organized with check-on and check-out process - plus solved our minor issues almost immediately. Also - the town of Yvoire is unmissable!

This house has lots of space for families indoors and out. It also features beautiful lake and mountain views. The kitchen is new and well equipped. Overall, however, the house is in need of some maintenance/upkeep.

Très belle maison très agréable, dotée d'un grand jardin bordant le lac, idéal pour un séjour en tribu ou entre amis. De grand espaces de vie, une cusine parfaitement équipée, 3 sdb, permettent à chacun d'être à son rythme. Patricia nous a réservé un accueil très chaleureux et est une hôte très serviable. Nous recommandons vivement !

Vue magnifique sur le Lac et montagnes, Jean-Paul nous a accueilli comme des princes. merci à lui. Literies très correctes, salle d'eau Rez chaussée moderne mais peu d'accessoires de facilité, dépôt savon etc. les autres ok. la cuisine est magnifiquement agencée, sauf un "percolateur"... plus notices sur appareils. Propreté lits et cuisine ok, mais dans l'ensemble, peut être très améliorée (toile araig, mobilier vieillot intérieur maison). Tous les textiles étaient très propres. Manque un peu ... intimité au jardin. les 3 maisons pas assez séparées exemple avec quelques haies supplémentaires roseaux ou autres. Bref, nous nous sommes super bien amusés dans votre séjour. et nous vous remercions de nous avoir accueilli et rendu notre caution. Bonne continuation à vous tous. propos recueillis de tous nos amis présents. merci

La villa offre une magnifique vue, beaucoup d'espace, et nous avons apprécié le sens du service et l'accueil des propriétaires. La villa est en cours de rénovation: la cuisine est d'ailleurs moderne et fonctionnelle. Nous conseillons aux propriétaires de poursuivre les travaux en changeant les volets et les menuiseries pour apporter davantage de confort et en améliorant l'isolation acoustique du plancher et des escaliers Nous reviendrons probablement l'année prochaine.

Ein wunderschönes altes Haus direkt am Genfersee mit riesengrosser Spielwiese davor (nicht geeignet für ganz kleine Kinder, abfallend zum Wasser). Sehr viel Platz drinnen und draussen für eine grosse Familie (8+), wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In Excenevex gibt es einen kilometerlangen Sandstrand, zuvorkommende Beratung beim Tourismus (Gemeinde), wunderschöne Gegend zum Spazieren und Velofahren. Das Haus und die Gegend sind sehr zu empfehlen!
