Discover this splendid detached holiday home, a haven of peace dating from the 18th century, beautifully restored.
Nestling just 20 minutes from Montpellier and 40 minutes from the beaches, close to the magnificent Hérault valley, this elegant, stone-built residence boasts extensive fenced grounds and a superb private swimming pool, open onto the countryside and bordered by a beautiful wooden terrace. Tastefully decorated, the 3-storey building offers a refined atmosphere and plenty of privacy.
This holiday home is ideally placed for exploring the region.
The Grand Pic Saint-Loup region is a great place for hiking, and you can discover it by following the paths that make it up, for a leisurely stroll with the family or a long hike with friends, through protected natural landscapes, magical panoramas and a unique agricultural heritage based around vines and olives. Climbing, potholing, hang-gliding, horse-riding and farm visits. Everyone will come away with their own holiday souvenir.
A caretaker lives on site to look after the farmhouse. He is very discreet, only comes in early in the morning, and has his own accommodation with a separate entrance.

Authentic, spacious holiday villa with great surroundings. Private pool where you can relax and enjoy. The villa is quite remote. There is no WIFI in the house or near the pool. We had a good holiday week here and can recommend this house to anyone who likes a remote, peacefull place to relax and rest.

Erg rustig gelegen mooi Provençaals huis . Ideaal om uitstapjes te doen. Groot zwembad en mooi ingericht.

Op de brochure zag het huis, verbouwde boerderij, er prima uit in werkelijkheid was het geweldig en uitermate smaakvol en goed verzorgd. Alles was aanwezig, genoeg servies en genoeg bestek en linnengoed. We hebben altijd allerlei reserves bij ons maar dat was niet nodig. Het bijzondere was dat je in de totale stilte kon genieten, lezen en zwemmen en dat je in een kleine 10 minuten in een typisch Frans dorpje met dikke platanen en een fontein je kopje koffie kon drinken en je, Nederlandse, krant kon lezen. Vriendelijke mensen, heel behulpzaam. De tweede helft van de week was er altijd wel ergens een gezellige markt en Montepellier was ook maar een half uur rijden. Een aangename , ruim opgezette stad, vriendelijk en genoeg cultuur. Kortom we hebben genoten.Al met al
