Apartments Vila Ardi

From our arrival to our check-out, Ardi and his family’s hospitality was truly exceptional. The room was exceptional, a phenomenal view and the most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever seen, and I’ve travelled the world and seen many! We had the top floor with a huge terrace perfect for sunbathing and a modern, clean room. The location is ideal, just a 20-minute drive to Ksamil and a few minutes to Sarande. A market is just around the corner, and there are two restaurants and a petrol station close by. And let’s not forget the small bay within a minute’s walk, with stunning turquoise water. I highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys avoiding crowds while still experiencing the vibrant city life. Parking is available for those using a car. Ardi, thank you for a wonderful time and the incredible hospitality from you and your family!

Die Besitzer waren sehr gastfreundlich, familiär, sehr hilfsbereit und immer present. Wir wurden oft auf Getränke eigeladen, haben gemeinsam mit einheimischen Volleyball gespielt und konnten uns auch ihre anderen sehr schöne Wohnhäuser mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer anschauen. Unser Zimmer mit riesiger Terrasse und vollem einmaligen Meerblick war sensationell !! Es gibt ein riesen Fernseher, das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und die Luft wird aufgefrischt, dadurch, dass immer angenehme Luft weht. Parkmöglichkeit gibt es genug. In der nähe sind mehrere günstige gute Restaurants. Eine Unterkunft, wo man gerne wieder kommt.

I loved staying at villa ardi! it was a super cosy and clean apartment with everything we could possibly need. Also it was very close to the beach & the city. The host was amazing as well, so welcoming and helpful! I would definetly reccomend this apartment & i would love to come back myself!

**The view, peace and quiet, and the beach** The apartment offers an elevated view of both the mountains and the sea. The beach is only a one-minute walk away. It is well maintained and has very few people. The water is clean and warm, just as good as the beaches in Ksamil. The area is very quiet, with no busy roads, traffic noise, or smell of exhaust fumes. The apartment is well maintained and has a large balcony with a table. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils. Everything has been newly renovated and worked perfectly. I really enjoyed my stay. Overall, for this price, it is the best place you could find. I feel very lucky and am completely satisfied. The owner and his son are also incredibly hospitable. They respond almost instantly to any questions on WhatsApp and are always ready to help in any way they can. From the first day to the last, I was extremely happy with everything.

The only thing I didn’t like was having to go home.
