Exceptional
Brilliant apartment. Spacious. Very well equipped. Clean. All in superb condition. Kitchen has all you may need (incl. Dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine). Bathroom is new and super clean. Shower spacious, nice quality. Ski room available. 50 metres to ski bus stop. Few hundred metres to grocery store and ski rental. Car park available, parking spot is covered from snow, free of charge. Wifi available, free of charge, decent speed.

Wonderful apartment to unwind after a long day on the mountains
Stumbled across Residenz 111 by accident but what a wonderful apartment. It is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay and is close to a variety of shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Whether skiing or hiking, the mountains are on your doorstep and I would highly recommend!

Wonderful apartment between the mountains with breathtaking views.
The hosts are very helpful and friendly, they also give you an opportunity to order some fresh bread and other bakery. The property itself is amazing, like just constructed, everything seems to be new, the apartment has all facilities you need and of course amazing view from the terrace! There are a lot of nice restaurants around and two MPreis supermarkets nearby, but you should have a car in order to be flexible in traveling around. There is no problem with parking in all nearby cities and also by the apartment itself. You can find many various prospects and catalogues with the activities just in front of the entrance door - rafting, canyoning, paragliding, mountain walking, wild nature tours, etc. The interior of the apartment is also great, everything is just right - comfortable beds, pillows, duvets, kitchen is equipped with microwave, pans, dishes, etc. Just a suggestion for travelers - do not forget your shampoos and shower gels. Suggestion for a host - it would be even more amazing if you could lease the grill for the guests, who are in garden during the summer time.
The towels should be exchanged every Wednesday and Saturday, but it wasn’t, but I have to admit that we also did not ask the host about it! Sometimes it was cold in the flat and the heater in the bathroom did not work, but again we did not ask the host about it.
