Comfortable modern apartment in a great location!

This was a modern, comfortable and well appointed apartment with all facilities for a self catering stay. The views from the wide balcony were superb. The location is close to the centre of Oberstdorf with several restaurants and bars within a five minute walk. We would definitely stay there again.

Das Schlafzimmer ist entgegen der Beschreibung nicht separat, sondern lediglich durch einen Vorhang abgetrennt. Die korrekte Beschreiben wäre „Einraumappartement mit offener Küche“. Der Eingang und alle Fenster liegen direkt neben der Zufahrt zu den Carports. Durch die Souterrainlage schaut man vor eine Betonwand. Insgesamt sehr dunkel.

Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Prachtig luxe appartement.

Nog niet eerder zo’n luxe en comfortabel gelogeerd in Oberstdorf. Alles in het appartement is aanwezig en optimaal van kwaliteit. De bedden zijn zeer comfortabel. Het feit dat je met een code zowel de voordeur als je eigen appartement binnen kan is ideaal.

We hadden voor 4 personen geboekt, en dacht ook 2 slaapkamers te hebben. Maar dit werd een ( wel hele luxe) bedbank in de woonkamer. Niet helemaal zoals gewenst, maar dit kan ook mijn eigen fout zijn geweest. De bedbank was wel van een hele goede kwaliteit, dus sliep verder prima.

Saubere und schöne Wohnung mit vielen Extras

Sehr Zentrale Lage in Oberstdorf. Nebelhornbahn und Bahnhof in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Das Bergbahnticket ist im Preis inbegriffen. Kostenlose Parkplätze inkl. Ladestation für E-Autos. In dem Appartement war alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Als einen Luxus empfanden wir, dass eine Waschmaschine und Trockner benutzt werden durfte, inkl. Waschmittel! Wenn man möchte kann man einen "Semmel" Dienst buchen und hat jeden Morgen frische Brötchen und vieles mehr zum Frühstück. Viel Auswahl, pro Lieferung zahlt man einen kleinen Aufschlag. Auch der Zugang zur Wohnung ist unkompliziert mit Zahlencode. Wir würden wieder hier buchen.

Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen.

Die Lage, mitten in Oberstdorf, ist einfach perfekt. Die Nebelhornbahn erreicht man zu Fuß in 5-10 Minuten. Parkplätze sind auch ausreichend, direkt vor oder hinter dem Haus vorhanden. Die Einrichtung der Wohnungen (war bisher im Gudsle und in der Butze) sind super modern und sauber. Die Küche ist fast besser ausgestattet als meine daheim 😃 es ist alles an Geräten, Geschirr und sonstigen Utensilien vorhanden. Man könnte ein 3 Gänge Menü und noch eine Torte backen wenn man möchte. 😅 die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und kümmern sich auch um individuelle Wünsche ganz unkompliziert und schnell. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder. 👍🏼😊

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung im Herzen von Oberstdorf

Wunderschöne Unterkunft im Herzen von Oberstdorf. Sehr ruhig in einer Sackgasse gelegen, aber trotzdem ist alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, in der Küche findet man alles was man so braucht. Die Elektrogeräte sind von sehr guter Qualität (Kitchen Aid Toaster etc.). Salz, Pfeffer etc. ist nicht vorhanden, wird aber vom Vermieter gebracht, wenn man danach fragt. Genügend Ablageflächen und Bügel vorhanden. Die Wohnung war blitze-sauber. Der Balkon ist ein Traum, riesengroß und mit hochwertigen Balkon Möbeln. Parkplatz mit E-Ladesäulen ist zu genüge vorhanden.

Fast perfekt :)

Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und schön eingerichtet in ruhiger Lage aber sehr zentral. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit hochwertigen Geräten von Smeg. Das Bett war super gemütlich nur ein bisschen klein für 2 Personen. Die Regendusche im Bad war perfekt nach einer langen Wanderung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir hatten das Zimmer im Keller, würden beim nächsten Mal aber ein Zimmer im OG buchen mit Balkon und schöner Aussicht. Morgens wurden wir leider sehr früh von rennenden Kindern über uns geweckt aber da kann der Vermieter nichts dafür :)

Geschirr war nicht sauber, durch Gläser könnte man nicht durchschauen! Nur eine dreiviertel Rolle Klopapier für 5 Tage! Keine Geschirrspül Tabs! Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt! Wäscheraum war für uns gesperrt! Wir wurden beim Frühstück überrascht von einem Arbeiter, der in unsere Wohnung kam, als wir beim frühstücken waren!

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und perfekt ausgestattet. Großer Balkon auf dem man die Abendsonne genießen konnte. Die Tochter des Hauses hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen.
