Cleanliness of the hotel and helpful support staff.
The Location a bit far from the centre and some renovation and upgrade is required.

This is a budget hotel, so I wasn't expecting much. The room was fine. Nice to have an inexpensive restaurant next door and a 7-Eleven too. If you want to eat when the restaurant is closed just ask the hotel reception and they can order for you to eat in their dining room. The staff were helpful.

the food available in the restaurant was white good. although the same breakfast menu was offered with no change. there is a convenience store available within hotel premises open 24/7
there was a bad smell coming from the washroom.
