Hostal Los Rosales

We are on a bike tour thru Europe. This place was affordable and of good value. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. The room was spacious. We had 2 balconies. WiFi was good.

Although there was an air conditioner it would not turn on. It was very windy at night, and I would have preferred to use the AC instead of opening a patio door because of the noise. The room was a bit dated, however everything worked except the AC.

Su ubicación y la orientación de la habitación, daba a dos fachadas con terraza, por lo que a pesar del viento se podía estar en la otra terraza.

Muy anticuado, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, aunque no lo necesitábamos por el viento que hacía . Aunque las camas si eran cómodas.

The location was great. The room was a decent size and it was very clean.

There were so many messages beforehand about check-in. I found the bed to be too hard and uncomfortable and I usually like a firm bed. Booking. Com states that air con is available for an additional charge and when I completed the online check in, I went to an additional link to request air conditioning for which there was a 6 euro charge per person. The hotel stated that this was for breakfast, but it definitely said air conditioning - we would never book hotel breakfasts. We did not take breakfast as we did not believe we had booked it and the hotel has refused to refund the 12 euros we paid. It has left us with a bad feeling about the hotel.
