Silent and comfortable

The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Free parking is available in front of the hotel. The breakfast is much nicer than most hotels. The staff are helpful and caring. If I come again, I will stay at this hotel again.

It's a little bit far from the city center, about 40 minutes on foot. But it wasn't a problem for us.

It was very close to buses and other transportation vehicles. It was clean and the staff was attentive. I recommend it.

Highly recommended

The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. Traveling with 2 little kids is not always easy but the entire staff made it super fun and easy. Nikola, Miroslav and Mirjana were exceptional.

That there was only 1 key to the room. (Not a big deal but it helps to have 2 keys)

Nice hotel, friendly staff, happy with the experience.

I had a very good experience at this hotel. The staff was always very friendly, the room was a good size, clean and quiet. You would need to take a taxi to get to the centre, if you don't fancy a 25 minute walk, but you can also use public transport.

The hotel looks dated and old and has definitely seen better days, very different from the shiny pictures they post. The couch and chair were heavily stained, the sheets have holes in them and the biggest problem of them all is they have hot water issues. We tried taking a shower at night, the water was cold. We tried in the morning as well and best we could get is lukewarm, even after waiting more than 10 minutes. I have no idea why people consider the breakfast superb, it was nothing of the sorts. The vegetables were left from the day before and there was a jar of olives with some mold in it. Overall, extremely overpriced and a very bad experience.

Good value for money. EV Charger great addition.

Location was great, very clean and comfortable. Electric vehicle charger was the main driving force for us to choose this hotel. But all the rest of the facilities was excellent too.

Very kind stuff and nice location. Breakfast was fantastic and very kind stuff always there to help.

It was a bit oldie style the furniture and the family suite but small . The shower doors need to be changed it was difficult to open and close them

The air conditioner was running hot and it was impossible to adjust the temperature to make it cooler. The hotel's ACs still only work for heat. I turned off the air conditioning, it was still hot. I opened the window and got a dose of cool air, but couldn’t sleep because of the noise despite the late hour. The hotel is located near large residential buildings and there was serious noise from young people. All night I ran from the window to the air conditioner, trying to choose between cool air and silence. Terrible night. Under no circumstances will I return back to this hotel.

Coffee in room had to be paid for. The restaurant charged 5€ on a 12€ order to bring the food to my room. I could have ordered the food in from outside for less. It's a no frills hotel that isn't value for money. Room didn't seem like in photos.

Good service, friendly atmosphere

An excellent hotel in the heart of Belgrade. The staff was great, polite and the overall service was impeccable. We stayed for a night to continue our trip the next day and we made sure to stay again on our way back. Breakfast was good, offering a variety of choices. Surely a value for money here. Belgrade and the hotel itself was an overall pleasant surprise for us. Would definitely visit again!
