Location. Very close to train station, 200m. The number one place to go in the center city of Vienna, Stephansdom, is in walking distance.
The elevator is old. It goes to the 4th floor and then goes to the 2nd floor where the hotel is no matter if you are going or leaving the hotel. But it is only a little annoying and funny, not a big deal. strong

location was excellent, Staff were great, it is an old establishment and could do with some renovation, bathroom was really run down, im guessing the amount we paid for this property was due to its location as it was very convenient, breakfast was good, we were supplied with clean towels etc when asked for it
the bathroom was run down, we stayed for 5 nights, the rooms were okay, but definitely expected more for the amount we ended up paying,

Excellent location. Extremely friendly staff.
The only negative thing was that during our stay they didnt replace our used towels or sheets not even once.
