Location
False price advertised on Booking. According to Booking, I was to pay over 1500 Mexican pesos for three nights and the hotel charged me three times that amount to my credit card. The hotel didn't honor rate and price advertised on Booking.com.

The staff were great. Very helpful and kind. Cleaning people did a great job every day. Located in the perfect part of town.
The beds were so hard. And the towels were rough and hard.
