Ancient hayloft which has been completely renovated and transformed into a comfortable, elegant holiday house. The recent restoration work that the structure has undergone has kept intact its characteristics, typical of ancient Tuscan country houses, with the addition of all the services necessary for a comfortable, relaxing holiday. Despite that the structure is not secluded and is located near other house, it offers privacy and tranquility. This house is located on a hill rising above the Arno valley, south of Florence and surrounded by olive tree groves and small vineyards. Thanks to its position you can easily reach all the characteristic villages in the area, such as Vinci (hometown of the great Leonardo da Vinci ) as well as the bigger cities and towns, such as Florence and San Gimignano, all of which are not far away. The property is completely fenced-in and includes a beautiful swimming pool (10x5, 1.2-1.8 m deep) (15/05-17/10), barbecue and a large pergola for outdoor dining, all of which are surrounded by hedges and flowers. Central heating and air conditioning. Baby bed included in the price. Comfortable furnishings. Parking.

ACCOMMODATION: GR. FL.: spacious living room with fireplace (satellite TV) and direct access to the pergola and the swimming pool. Very pleasant equipped kitchen/dining room (oven, microwave, dishwasher). 1st FL.: (accessed from a beautiful open stairway): 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower and view of the hills, 1 bedroom with small double bed (140 cm) and 1 bathroom with shower. Attic: 1 double bedroom in the attic with panoramic view and bathroom with shower. In the basement: a large study/bedroom with double sofa bed.
LOCATION: 5 km Vinci, 10 km Empoli (all kinds of shops), km 38 Florence, 46 km San Gimignano, 53 km Lucca, 85 km Siena, 82 km the beaches of the Versilia.
Tourist tax per person/day 1.00 Euro
Refundable deposit (to be handed over on arrival) per booking. In cash 250.00 Euro
Heating (from November to April) due only if used, per m3 (cubic meter) 1.50 Euro
