Great location, very comfortable apartment, appreciated the late checkout tremendously (saving us waiting for hours in the heat during a heatwave).
We ran out of toilet tissue and when we messaged the host to ask for more, we were informed that we'd need to take care of it ourselves. Given that I was menstruating, I'd had to use more than usual in order to wrap my feminine products before disposing of them in the trash bin. My husband had to go to the shops to purchase more toilet tissue rolls... Seemed really silly and odd to me, and was certainly an unexpected inconvenience.

I really enjoyed Apartment Arena. It was large. The kitchen was well equipped and the cooking surface was quick. The bed was comfortable. And the shower was glorious. The location is also very good. Close to the bus station and old town, and the farmers market. The owner/manager was very responsive and kind to my confusion at the beginning of my stay. If I return to Pula, I’d definitely stay again.

The host communicated from distance and left the keys in the box - very effective solution for both sides. Parking possible nearby, not guaranteed but doable even during Easter. Perfect location. Well equipped.
The flat was cold, unable to warm up properly - and MOLDY. We could both see and smell the mold. Otherwise it was a nice flat, but this really deprived our stay.
