Da localização, rodeada de natureza, da vista exuberante.
O local necessita de maiores cuidados, o prédio precisa de manutenção, cheirando mofo, o quarto tem um tamanho muito bom mas a limpeza deixa a desejar, quanto ao banheiro é um tanto quanto antiquado, cortina no box (velha e suja), também tem um exaustor no banheiro muito barulhento. Faltou xicara para tomarmos café. O local tem potencial, porém necessita de maior zelo.
