Sara was waiting for us, she is kind and helpful. Well equipped apartment, air condition, very clean, nice garden, excellent view, near Certaldo and St. Gimigniano, 2 bathrooms, safe parking space
A bit overpriced for a family. A good idea would be to put 1 more double bed and probably make it for two families (then it could be more value for money).

The place is equipped with air conditioning and strategically located.
The place did not have a wi-fi connection but this was not a major problem for us since there is 4G coverage in the area and we could use our smartphones instead.

The property is between Certaldo and San Gimignano, on top of a hill from which you can see both towns from far. It's amazing! The property itself has views on vineyards and hills with olive trees as well. It's lovely, with a huge outdoor space for groups as well. It is a place where we will stop again, for sure. Tuscan magic on a budget!
