A great central apartment that is clean and quiet.
Apartment was in an excellent location - just a short walk to the Palais. It was nice and quiet - even though it was very close to the town centre. The apartment also had a garden area. Main bedroom was an excellent size with a large, comfortable bed.
Would have been great to have had a second set of keys - but we were made aware at the start that this wasn't possible.

no wine or champagne glasses and decor bit dated. the apartment we got was not in any of the advertised pictures so we were a little disappointed.

Washing machine did not work and no instructions on how to use. Also missing kettle for tea.

Location was amazing, close to train station ,supermarkets, port and felt very safe. Really lovely management company as well, super helpful! Nice and spacious, great balcony. Enjoyed it immensely.

I didnt like the concept that it is just a flat not hotel apartment as mentioned . It's just a normal furnished flat
Then since its just a flat in a building no attendance there to handle u keys , no parking facilities ...i was not looking for a furnished flat ...it was under hotel appartment

Long story short, worst holiday ever and never again.
Location is relatively close to center.
Rooms are far excess from what you see on the pictures. Enormous spots on the wall and ceiling from possible previous flood. When we turned on the aircons first time a very unpleasant "urine" smell came from the devices. Bedroom`s door can not be shut so don`t expect much intimacy if you travel with company. The garage we rented turned out to be the cleaning departments storage room and they threw 23 laundry bags around and onto my car that I had to move out of the garage in order to get access to my car at all. When I called them and made a complaint they said I need to understand they needed the space in the garage that I rented and paid for...period. I felt constant stress every time when I opened the garage so that in what state I will find my Mercedes. And this extra stress costs to you 20 eur/day. You can rent parking space at nearby parking buildings for 16eur/day without having to carry the stress of what will fall on your car from the storage shelves or how many laundry bags will land on your car.
