L'accueil, la propreté des lieux, le calme de la campagne, la piscine, le copieux petit déjeuner et la gentillesse de nos hôtes ont contribués à nous faire passer un agréable séjour.

The location for a one night stop over was fine but definitely wouldn't want to spend longer as there is nothing in the village whatsoever. The room was fine

The attitude of the owner was most strange. It bordered on being unfriendly. We found the attitude of not being allowed to eat in our room and being told that breakfast was served only at precisely 8 am bizarre given that the sign on the bedroom door indicated 730 - 0900. Breakfast was served with everyone crammed around a table and was very basic. One croissant, half a slice of brioche bread and natural yogurt. The towels were very harsh and well worn and no information was given as to where to find the swimming pool or when it was open for use. Certain of the gates and doors accessing the property were locked despite this being a very rural area. Upon departure we were shocked to find that cards were not accepted and with no ATM in the vicinity this could have been a problem though fortunately we had sufficient cash! It is definitely not easy for offloading luggage as the owners car blocks the driveway and so cases had to to be carried up a steep slope. Whilst the rooms are adequate the lack of friendliness really made us feel that the owner was clearly very stressed - Other guests were friendly which eased the situation somewhat.
