The apartment is modern, clean, cozy, and perfectly comfortable for a two-person stay over a few days in Tübingen. Located near a regular bus stop, it offers quick and easy access to the city center. The entire apartment complex is well-maintained, orderly, and very safe. Additionally, the owner is incredibly pleasant and helpful. For convenience, there is a REWE supermarket nearby, along with several excellent dining options within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Tübingens Innenstadt war sehr gut mit dem Bus, der fast vor der Tür hielt zu erreichen. Ein Parkplatz gehört zum Appartement. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und die Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert. Das Appartement hat eine tolle, nicht einsehbare grüne Terrasse, sozusagen eine kleine grüne Oase.

Die Wohnung war (bis auf die Bettensituation) sehr komfortabel, äußerst sauber und gut angebunden.
In der Wohnung wäre es problemlos möglich gewesen, die beiden Einzelbetten nebeneinander zu stellen, was uns von der Vermieterin aber auf Nachfrage recht unfreundlich mit dem Verweis auf einen vermeintlichen Platzmangel untersagt wurde.
