The Parlour

Fab location, very quiet, loads of space about. We were here between 13th and 17th April..beautiful countryside, fab local walks and the local pubs are a must for a good hot meal.

Loved almost everything about our stay, it was our second time and would happily stay again. But if im being picky the double bed had an uncomfortablely soft matress, and as the bed frame was made of metal it squeaked everytime me or my Mrs moved, which got tiresome quickly. Also quite a few large cobwebs knocking about in side, but we figured we're in the countryside in a farm house property, you gotta expect things like cobwebs?

Having an open fire was lovely after a cold day out. AMAZING shower. Dog friendly is always a plus for us.

It is a working farm and as we visited in February the track was muddy. We were unfortunate that they were having a new path laid so we couldn't park the car very close to the accommodation and therefore had to walk through the mud. However, once the paving is completed this will not be an issue in the future.
