The Waggon House

V comfortable and spacious in the living area. Clean. Light. Sky light/ Velux window from which I could see the stars ✨ rural, farm from which we had a lovely walk and picnic by the River Severn. Kate was on hand to help very quickly. Weddings on the weekend but it was quiet for us as it was during the week we came.

Unfortunately, no views from the building as it’s surrounded by other buildings on the farm. But that’s it.

The barns/pig sties/dairy/parlour have been beautifully restored to provide lovely accommodation. The weather was unfortunately not on our side, so we were not able to explore all of the plentiful paths and bridleways in the area. Lovely walk through the wood to the village but very muddy after so much rain! Kate was readily available by text or telephone and answered our queries promptly and efficiently. Everything that you need is supplied in the cottage and beds are comfortable. Frampton is worth a visit as is the Red Lion at Arlington. Rosita couldn't do enough for us, including supplying me with the frozen chips that I'd left at home!

Steps down to the bedroom are beautiful but very squeaky!

Lovely location for walking.
