He provides detailed local tips, organizes transfers and boat trips, makes restaurant reservations, and takes care of every detail to ensure guests have a flawless experience. He knows every hidden corner of the island and treats his guests like friends, not just customers. The property isn’t in the town center — and that’s part of its charm. It’s strategically located between the lighthouse beach and the center of Anacapri, with frequent buses and shuttle options. All you need is a bit of flexibility, and you’ll experience the true, unforgettable side of Capri.

The view and the host! We felt very good taken care of by the host, Giuliano met us at the port and made our stay very convenient.

A bit remote but as we knew upfront this was not a big problem and host helped out with logistics

The view was incredible. Close to an excellent restaurant (Emilia's) and bus to center of Anacapri. Enjoyed a rigorous hike down to the lighthouse beach. Loved the swimming in the Mediterranean. Rigorous hike back up. Had a nice pool.

No included breakfast or coffee. Towels were stiff and rough. Room was small but o glanced into other rooms that looked nicer. No hair conditioner.
