An unforgettable stay in Capri.
The property is located in one of the most authentic and scenic parts of Anacapri, with breathtaking sea views, stunning sunsets, and a level of peace and quiet that’s hard to find elsewhere on the island.
Rooms are clean and well-maintained, the pool overlooks the sea, breakfast is generous and varied, and a private shuttle is available upon request.
But the real highlight is Giuliano, the host: helpful, tireless, and always one step ahead.
He provides detailed local tips, organizes transfers and boat trips, makes restaurant reservations, and takes care of every detail to ensure guests have a flawless experience.
He knows every hidden corner of the island and treats his guests like friends, not just customers.
The property isn’t in the town center — and that’s part of its charm. It’s strategically located between the lighthouse beach and the center of Anacapri, with frequent buses and shuttle options.

The view and the host! We felt very good taken care of by the host, Giuliano met us at the port and made our stay very convenient.
A bit remote but as we knew upfront this was not a big problem and host helped out with logistics

Epic place. The pool is a God send after a hot day exploring the island. Great restaurant down the end of the street. Host was super helpful. Sunset on the deck was incredible. Was excellent value for what you’d usually pay.
Our room was basic but perfectly adequate. Thought the brekkie was a little overpriced.

View from the room was good and it was clean
Everything was just basic . No door between shower room and the main room . No tea making facility .
