A peaceful paradise at Lake Como – perfect for families!
We spent a few wonderful days at Claudia’s house and truly couldn’t have asked for more. The property is beautiful – clean, tastefully furnished, and equipped with everything we needed. We especially loved the peaceful garden, the refreshing pool, and having breakfast outside with a view of the mountains. As a small family with a toddler, we felt incredibly welcome. The house was spacious and safe, and our little one loved exploring the garden and splashing around in the water. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind, far away from the crowds. Claudia and Martina were kind, attentive, and always reachable. The self check-in worked flawlessly, and communication was fast and friendly throughout. A highlight was the local market in Colico – a charming little town just a few minutes away. We would absolutely love to return, and we’re grateful to Claudia and Giuseppe for their warm hospitality. Highly recommended for couples, families, or anyone looking for a quiet escape with true Italian charm!

Lovely Villa, Great Host, and Stunning Surroundings
The villa was gorgeous and really well looked after. The gardens were super peaceful and the views of the mountains to die for. The pool was perfect for cooling off and lounging in the sun. There were loads of great trails nearby for running or walking, which was a big bonus. Claudia was also really helpful and made everything easy. Lots of great recommendations and help with reservations. Some great local restaurants but to be honest with such a lovely Villa to enjoy and well equipped kitchen we cooked and enjoyed the privacy of the Villa. Local lake beach a short walk away - kayaks can be hired for bobbing around the bay, lots of fun! Day trip to Milan by train was easy (trains cheap and efficient unlike the UK!). We had such a great time and would definitely come back!

Perfect villa in the perfect location
Fantastic villa nestling in the hills around Como. Easy access by train and car. Kitchen had everything you could ever need and the bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless. The Host was friendly and helpful and responded to anything we asked about promptly. Will definitely be going again

Very friendly and service oriented host. Superb stylish villa in tranquile area with stunning moutsin views close to the lake. Our dog enjoyed swimming in Lake Como every morning. Many thanks for the delicious home made lasagna!

Claudia is a super nice host. And the Villa is a great place to stay. We enjoyed it a lot. We were a group of 8 people and the villa is big enough for all. We loved the garden, grill and pool. Claudia had also some great tipps for restaurants and places to visits. All in all a great time on the lake of como.
It would be nice if there are some more chairs in the table for 8 people and a couch also.

Great Location, friendly agents
The property was located in a little village on the outskirts of Colico. The Villa was spacious with a fantastic garden and swimming pool. Claudia and Beppe were great and ensured that our stay was memorable. Would definitely recommend to others

We found the villa really fantastic. The hosts are very friendly and we were surprised with various little things. We were supported at short notice with any questions. No matter whether at excursion destinations or shops. So far they have been the friendliest hosts. We can definitely recommend the property. The location is wonderful, the view of the mountains is impressive. The path to Lake Como can be reached on foot in a short time. The beach is recommended. The house is very clean and the pool is cleaned regularly.
