In generel, simply beautiful house and place - spacious and with modern design and equipment. The space surrounding the pool was very generous - possibility for dining at grill for entire group accomodated there. We are sure about we would like to come again.
No negative points. Of course, in the summer season, all beaches in Rabac are full and it takes a little bid time to find the place for parking. But we managed it.

The Villa is stunning. It has all the facilities and equipment you need for a great week to relax and unwind. The pool is gorgeous and shared only with the 1 other apartment. You do need a car to get around but it is a short drive to the lovely marina of Rabec for swimming, boat trips and sunbathing and the historic town of Labin is only a few minute drive.
There is lots to do in the grounds of the Villa such as trampoline, mini football, basket swing, hammocks, playground and under cover BBQ area.
We loved it all!
