Apartment Iva

Sehr netter Kontakt! Als wir das Apartment nicht gleich finden konnten, wurden wir abgeholt. Labin ist ein sehr niedlicher kleiner Ort, von wo aus man leicht Ausflüge in die herrliche Umgebung machen kann. Das Apartment Iva liegt sehr zentral, nur wenige Schritte von der historischen Altstadt entfernt und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt gegenüber. Das Apartment ist sehr schön renoviert und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen perfekten Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Für uns war alles bestens.

Lovely Apartment! Host: very helpful, reliable and friendly. Iva was always there for us when we needed help or (general) information. The fridge also cointained some welcome gifts that we highly appreciated. Apartment: very modern and clean. Kitchen looked brand new, the bathroom was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. There was also a terrasse outside with a sea view. Location: superb, since the apartment is locaed just a few meters before the actual "old town". And it's still quite since only a few people pass by on their way to the old town. Nearby you have two shops (clothes + food), very good restaurants (Rumore, Velo,...), the postal office - all located only a few 100m from the apartment. Parking: we had our own private parking spot which was really necessary since parking in Labin is a nightmare. The parking lot is very close to the apartment - just a staircase away. All in all we had a very good rest. Thank you Iva and hopfully we will see each other again!

Apartment is brand new, and it’s exactly like in the pictures. Everything was perfectly clean, and everything we needed and more was provided. Fresh fruit basket, water, juice and wine was waiting for us. Iva is very welcoming and nice, helped us with advices about restaurants and attractions, never bothered us, but was available and very helpful whenever we needed anything. Apartment is at perfect location in Labin Old Town - 3min walk to Velo Kafe restaurant, 5min walk to one of the best pizzerias in Croatia, pizzeria Rumore, 1 min walk to the shop and 12min drive to Rabac and beautiful Girandella beach. This was probably the best a accommodation I have ever been to. Cannot recommend it enough! 😊
