Appartamento Corte Bragadin

L'emplacement proche des grands lieux de Venise , 1/2 maximum a pied L'éloignement suffisent pour pour être au calme. L appartement est magnifique.

Le manque de matériel pour faire le ménage a la fin du séjour mais je suis une maniaque.

Clean, comfortable, spacious apartment. Well equipped and a nice, comfortable bed. Very easy to access from the vaperetto so no wandering down little alleys getting lost and very easy to move around Venice. Lovely and quiet. Some good little eateries nearby. Would definitely stay there again. Lovely responsive host, Nina. Thank you! ☺️

Sehr gut gelegene und geräumige Unterkunft.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist dadurch etwas dunkel, dafür angenehm kühl.

Nice furniture, quiet area of Dorsoduro. Close to two communication stations: Zattere and Accademia.

The main picture and description are misleading. They don't mention it is a STUDIO. There is not kitchen and two rooms, but just one room, with kitchen annex and a bed separated by the window with no door. Main picture shows open door to the patio, but the door is locked and there is no key. It makes the place quite claustrophobic. Garden shown on another picture doesn't belong to the apartment. We've asked the owner for a key to the patio door, but we got information the door was locked for 8 years and the key got lost (!). If we'd known that at reservation time, we'd choose another place. Contact with the owner is not easy, only texting btw. Cleaning was late, we had to wait 30 min after the agreed hour. It doesn't seem long, but in 35 geg. Celsius we'd just plan it other way around. Temperature in the apartment was extremely high (almost 30 deg.), air condition was difficult to be switched on (non-standard solution), why was it switched off at all? The same was with kitchenette. Without any assistance we had to look for switches to do anything. A visitor is attacked with lots information in a guest folder. So many restrictions, warnings (e.g. concerning dishes or litter – with requirements of labeling the bags?!), that one is far from feeling comfortable. We love Venice, we go there often, therefore we liked our stay anyway, but the number of issues in this apartment was much above normal, that was frustrating. We're attaching a real picture of the door that was meant to be open to the patio, but occurred non-openable.
