Villa Eri

Clean, comfortable well furnished Villa. Good communication with host.

The property was well situated near enough to local tavernas, shops and car rental but far enough to be quiet. The property was well equipped, we were a party of the 6, four adults and 2 teenagers, and there was plenty of living space both inside and out. There are two showers and one bathroom. The property was clean inside and out with regular visits during our week to empty bins, clean the property and change the bedding. The pool was checked and cleaned during the stay. Communication from the owners from booking to return home was good.

Internet speeds/connection was poor, but didn’t affect us as we were roaming with our mobile provider.

The villa has a lovely pool

When we arrived the taxi driver couldn’t find the villa then it was in. Complete darkness and once we got inside I went upstairs to look around and on my way back down fell on the concrete stairs that are spiral and badly made. The steps on the curve are narrow and my foot twisted which ended with me at the doctors the next day and on crutches for the rest of the stay. The kitchen was covered in ants, the plumbing was really poor so it was still a put your paper in the bin situation instead of flushing down the toilet as much of Greece has developed now and the location was a very far and hilly walk to the beach!’ We rented a car so I could get around but the mad driving and bad roads meant we stayed very local. A disappointing trip and was very glad to leave!
