Everything was perfect! The villa is really beautiful, especially the garden! The owner helped us with all the info we needed, very kind from her part. They really deserve a big 10! PS. I am so looking forward coming back there.

We had a successful vacation in Kefalonia, a beautiful island with beautiful beaches. The success was also due to the fact that we lived in a superb house, built with attention to the smallest details. The hosts were very welcoming and we are happy to recommend this location for a family of 5.

The well equipped kitchen, the jacuzzi and terrace (but we didn't use it as it was too hot this August).

The first day we realize that the air condition in the livingroom/kitchen was not working (it was 37 degrees that day), we let the host know and in the evening (still 33 degrees) they found out it can't be repaired and they organized to change it with a new one the next day, the work completed around 12 next day. We left before they were finished and on our return the air-con was shut down, so we needed some time to cool the space. I think they new the air-con problem before (you can't miss it, it was too hot) and waited if we will complain. The worst got us when we were back home. 3 days after we left I received a message from the host that 3 big towells were missing and two fridge drawers were broken and that we can send 100€ to their account to settle it. We left the villa undamaged (we even left food, 2 glasses for wine we got as a gift, we did not brake any glass or plate ...), we would never take towels or anything else whatsoever, I felt humiliated and angry. We met the host on our way out (7.15 in the morning) a few meters from the villa, and it took them 3 days to send this message, to me it seems like fraud: if it goes through fine. As per the villa: - the double bed is tight fot 2 adults and short (if you're 173 cm or more), it is uncomfortable (hard and old mattress) - the stair is a nightmare (you can barely take one small suitcase up, luckily we had only hand baggage) - the big table in the living room has no space to access it as it is fitted with two couch on both sides - the airconditon in the upper floof is only in one room, one is in the corridor, so you need to spleep with open bedroom doors to benefit from aicondition - the bathrooms are old too, there isn't a shower hold so you have always one hand occupied to keep the shower (not comfortable especially when washing long hair - you need two hands) - the green yard is unsuable, as the automatic irrigation sistem cathes you all the time.
