We had an excellent two-night stay at Nuwerus Lodge Paarl. From the moment we arrived, Jolanda and her team made us feel genuinely welcome. The service was outstanding, and nothing was ever too much trouble. They were attentive and helpful with everything we needed throughout our stay. It’s the kind of personal, caring hospitality that makes a place memorable. We’d happily return and would highly recommend Nuwerus Lodge to anyone visiting Paarl.

Every thing. Our room was large and cosy, looking out onto the garden which featured abundance of bird life and squirrels. Our hosts were great and were very helpful in looking for restaurants and wine farms.Could not fault the breakfast ,everything was there that you needed.
Nothing.

Nice facilities and reasonable location. Staff were very considerate especially Nellie, the Manager, who was extremely helpful. She organised transport for our dinners and our transfer to the airport. Her restaurant recommendations were spot on! Tessa, the lovely, gentle dog, was special for us. The squirrels were most entertaining😊.
There's a main road adjacent which can be noisy and diminishes the ambience. Some facilities need some TLC.

We had a lovely time. I think the property is a little tired and needs some updating in areas
