About this villa rental
Have you ever dreamed of waking up surrounded by a beautiful vineyard, hundreds of lemon trees, singing birds, and the blue of the sea? This is what happens every morning in our Villa in Capri. The Villa Rosella is the heart of our family winery. Scala Fenicia Winery comes from the idea of renewing the wine tradition of the island of Capri. For over 50 years our grapes have been grown in symbiosis with the natural environment.
The villa, just refurbished keeping an elegant Capri style is merged into the unique Scala Fenicia wine company. There are two large double bedrooms and one single bedroom, a large living room. It is surrounded by a 80 square meter garden where you can fully relax after enjoying a day on the beach, which is just 10 minutes of a nice walk. A peaceful and pleasant place for a unique holiday.
Our guests will have access to the entire apartment together with the fully equipped private garden which also has an outdoor shower and chaise longues. It is also possible to visit the wine cellar of the Scala Fenicia Winery and have a guided tour of the vineyard if asked in advance.
The Villa is part of the Azienda Agricola Scala Fenicia, the local wine producer of the DOC (Designation of Origin) Capri White Wine. Our guests will be immersed in the local reality of wine production, having a rare and exclusive experience. For more information please visit scalafenicia online.
Our house has a perfect position, immersed in a silent natural environment, well connected to the attractions of the Island and part of the local production of DOC White Wine. It is an ideal location for families who want to have a relaxed experience in Capri. It is also perfect for someone who is looking for an immersive and relaxing natural and cultural experience.
10 to 15 minutes walking from the harbor. 15 to 20 minutes walking from the famous "Piazzetta" of Capri. 10 minutes walking to the sea.
Bus stop 3 minutes away. Local market 3 minutes away.
TRANSFER FROM THE HARBOUR AVAILABLE ON REQUEST
Our guests will be supported in every need (both by phone or in person). It is possible to organize a driver that will pick you up at the harbor and bring you to the Villa. For long stay accomodations, it is possible to organize weekly or daily house cleaning.

Great place in Capri! We loved being out of the busy city center and enjoyed the peaceful outdoor space with amazing views. Perfect place for a family vacation. There are a lot of stairs on the way to and from the house but we welcomed the exercise after all the delicious Italian cuisine we ate.

Filippo was easy to work with and very responsive. The property was as advertised, a two bedroom villa on a winery property. It was very clean and comfortable. We took a walk on the grounds and enjoyed viewing the grapes and vegetables growing. The dog came to visit us. The location was walkable, but perhaps not for everyone. It is very close to Da Paolina restaurant and walking distance to the swimming beach. We very much enjoyed our time here; wish we stayed longer.
