It was easy to enter the building. The customer services team lets you in via remote video, and the collection of keys is easy too.

All good, absolutely no issues whatsoever.

The owner, Maria & customer service are so responsive. Very fast in replying to our email. We stayed for 13 days. Clean, spacious, complete facilities. I love the garden. She even allowed us to check in early as our flight arrived Heathrow early morning. Really appreciate this. We used to stay in central London. Wimbledon station is only 4 minutes walking. All Halal Restaurants & groceries shops are very near & varieties eg Morisson, Sainsbury, Telco, Aldi are walking distance. Easier for us who cooked daily basis. Halal chicken also available at Morisson. We love all the coffee shops near the premises. Security wise also good. Love this premises

After 7 days, the cleaner cleaned our apartment but cleaning services can be improved. Only this, others are perfect!

Super bien placé proche des transports et à 2 min d’un supermarché. Résidence sécurisée L’appartement est grand propre bien equipé

Manque de pression d’eau quand on prenait une douche. L’eau se coupait quelques fois. Le parquet grince donc attention si vous avez des enfants sensibles aux bruits.
