A fresh take on a family-friendly classic, this 4-bedroom home blends contemporary design and flourishes of bold colour, with traditional French windows and a soft, neutral palette.
An open-plan living room sporting sunshine yellows on a background of soft sky blues sets the tone for this serene family home. The kitchen is a masterclass in modern simplicity, with pendant lighting and polished wood surfaces. Plenty of windows lend a bright and airy feel, with the living room opening onto our favourite feature - a well-furnished patio garden. Enjoying the great outdoors has never been so relaxing, with a cushy outdoor sofa, dining area, and maintenance-free Astroturfing. A handy marquee awning means eating al fresco is always an option, even during one of our excitingly unpredictable British summers. The bedrooms are contemporary in design, illuminated by big windows and cheerful strokes of colour. We know those longer vacations can test family relations, which is why the two living rooms offer a welcome choice of relaxing together or separately. And if that doesn't keep the peace, two TVs means double the Netflix. With the famous Wimbledon tennis grounds just a stone's throw away, there is also the option to get stuck into the action (and the obligatory strawberries and cream) from up close at Centre Court, or from the comfort of home.

Very enjoyable house, confortable and really comfortable. The only downside is the unknown cars parked without notice on the house private parking area which is really intrusive situation and damage the house feeling sensation during our rental stay.
