Location - Kampos is a lovely quiet village with a few taverns, a nice coffeeshop and pharmacy which is perfectly situated to explore the island. Cusco Studios has direct beach access to a charming bay and some unforgettable views.
The owners and staff are super friendly and helpful and we appreciated the level of comfort and cleanliness of the place and well as the special atmosphere and ambience.
Would have appreciated 1) a room with a view (we had to go out to our yard to enjoy the view) 2) more privacy (guests going to the beach had to pass via our yard) and the windows cannot be fully blocked by curtains 3) better equipped room (beach towels, more cutlery, coffee machine, better TV and a stereo or BT speaker) 4) bathroom window

For over 20 years I have been spending a few days of vacation every summer in Greece. This place was one of the wonderful places that helped me fall in love with Ikaria. Utopia Cusco and our hosts, Christo and his wife helped us have a dream vacation. The location overlooking the sea, 3-5 minutes walk to Kampos beach and 10 minutes by car to Mesakti was extraordinary. And Christo and his wife are special. We participated with them in the traditional parties on the island and had a wonderful and authentic experience. Thank you Cusco!

Chris was a gracious host, he was friendly from the start and a wealth of information. The place exceeded our expectations, the beach below was stunning and very private, many time we had it to ourselves. The small taverna a 15 min walk away made home cooked traditional meals with cheese made in house. The restaurant Chris recommended our last night was the best meal we had on the Island and the setting was in a quaint square in the town a 15 min drive worth every kilometre.
