A true pearl that we can recommend without reservation. Placed in a tranquil area yet close to all what we wanted to explore. Nice and clean rooms, comfortable beds, a delicious breakfast and very friendly personnel. Nothing more to expect.

Villa Chad is a lovely place. We received a warm welcome on arrival.
The luxurious rooms are furnished with very comfortable beds with soft linen and a well equipped bathroom. The enclosed garden is a perfect spot to unwind with a view of the mountains. In the morning, breakfast can be served here as well.
The Guesthouse also has a cozy wellness area where you can book all kinds of beauty treatments, such as make-up and nails, as well as a wonderful massage by Elize.
Villa Chad makes a great base for day trips. From the guesthouse you can walk straight into the nature reserve next to it.
Also, the owners Suzanne & Ludvig are happy to share tips on things to do in the area or they can even arrange anything from a wine tasting up to a horse riding trip.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for peace, nature and a little pampering!

A unique spot en route to the garden route. I really LOVED the tropical garden and the singing cleaning lady. Linnen was crisp and perfumed, breakfast was also a nice treat. I will for sure come back here on the way to Cape Town as 1 night was a little too short!

The breakfast was very good
Very disappointed that our room had major sanitation issues - a non functioning toilet that had not been repaired - expressed our disappointment with the owner
