L'appartamento si trova in una posizione splendida, in pieno centro con tutti i bar e i locali, ed appena a due passi da un parcheggio coperto. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario per cucinare. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.
La pulizia dell'appartamento lascia un po' a desiderare. L'appartamento andrebbe un pochino curato, e magari reso un pochino più accogliente. In generale comunque l'aspetto che più andrebbe sistemato è la pulizia. L'ingresso dell'appartamento era veramente sporco (cancello e zerbino d'entrata pieni di piume d'uccello, foglie e ragnatele).

Kokonaisuutena varsin hyvä. Asunto sijaitsi keskeisellä paikalla, lyhyt matka nähtävyyksiin ja muihin paikkoihin.
Ilmastointi ulottui vain olohuoneeseen. Jos sulki makuuhuoneen oven, tuli äkkiä kuuma. Tyynyt olivat hieman epämukavat. Asunto sijaitsi ravintolakadun varrella, kadun ja muiden asuntojen äänet kuuluivat yllättävän hyvin asuntoon.

Close to the city centre.
Having worked for many years as a senior accommodation booking agent in Australia, I highly recommend the management ensure their Room 3 (ground floor apartment) needs to have 24/7 exposure to outside air flow before well before new guests arrive.
