Great location, spacious, nice bathroom, complete and comfortable kitchen, good AC, very friendly staff. Place has character!
There are no two separate bedrooms, one bed is in the living room behind a movable screen. Space works well for a family with 1-3 kids but not for two couples. Parking was nearby but fairly complicated, tight space. Apt priced on high end.

It was comfy and well laid out, I appreciate it the beverages waiting in the refrigerator. The check-in process was easy. The location over the pub was fun, and it was a very easy walk from the bus station, even with lots of luggage! The air conditioning worked great. I also enjoyed the large window, being able to get fresh air and being able to watch the people on the streets.
Occasionally, on the night of a World Cup match, you could hear some cheering downstairs, but it was not very loud. There was a flight of stairs that I had to carry my luggage up, but it was nice and wide, not too difficult.
