Overall, it’s a spacious and clean villa with great amenities and sea views, but you need to be prepared for some self-s

• Beautiful sea view. • Large, spacious villa with a great atmosphere. • Very clean throughout the property. • Big swimming pool with a jacuzzi – perfect for relaxing. • Large barbecue – ideal for evening gatherings. • Very good and responsive communication with the staff.

• Guests have to take out the trash themselves to containers located far from the villa. • Only one dishwasher and one washing machine capsule provided – far too little; you need to buy your own cleaning supplies. • No cleaning service or change of towels/bed linen during the stay (can be ordered as an extra service for €250). • Keys must be collected and returned in another town – having your own car is essential.

Great location, nice property, very spatious

All the amenities at the property where just disappointing. Too little and cheap external furniture, internet wasn’t working and took a week to fix…whirlpool looked great but didn’t work. staff was friendly but clearly not focussed on offering the service you would expect for such a property/price. Adding just small things could make the experience so much greater…

Die Lage war abgelegen, aber doch gut gelegen, um z.B. Denia, Pedreguer oder Moraira leicht zu erreichen Benissa mit den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etwa 10 Min mit dem Auto entfernt Außergewöhnlich schönes Haus (innen und außen) und Poolbereich mit Dusche und Toilette Auf telefonische Reklamation (Wespennest/Poolpflege) wurde sofort reagiert Zwangloses Ein/Auschecken Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern Großes Grundstück bietet Privatsphäre zu den Nachbarn Mehrere Kühlschränke vorhanden Großer Parkplatz

Fehlende Klimaanlage im Wohnbereich Der zweite Backofen ist seit einem Jahr außer Betrieb Fehlende Küchenutensilien (z.B. Salatsieb, nur EINE kleine Schüssel vorhanden..) Poolpflege (wurde grün) erst nach Aufforderung Wespenplage innen und außen bei den Mahlzeiten Matratzen waren durchgelegen, Betten nur 190 cm lang Je nach Windrichtung hört man die Autobahn, die in Sichtweite ist

Schönes Haus für den Sommeraufenthalt!

Tolles Haus, mit schönem Aussenbereich. Das Haus ist sehr bequem zu bewohnen, liegt trotz Landlage, sehr zentral zum Dorfkern. Alles Sehr gepflegt und auch für grössere Gruppen absolut zu empfehlen. Jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Bad, Küche ist sehr gross, es gibt genügend Sitzgelegenheiten, ob innen oder aussen und es ist alles überdacht!

Ich finde den Service der Schlüsselübergabe sehr unbequem, da man extra nach Calpe fahren muss, um diesen in den Bürozeiten abzuholen und auch wieder abzugeben. Sehr Zeitaufwendig! Wir hatten bei unserem 6 tägigen Aufenthalt 3 mal die Gärtner morgens um 8:00 da zum mähen der Grünflächen, was sehr laut und störend war und 1 Tag kam ein komplettes Kommando mit LKW zum Palmenschneiden, ebenfalls um 8:00 Uhr. Das war ein absolutes "no go". Ich verstehe das das Grundstück gepflegt werden muss, aber nicht um 8:00 Uhr morgens in so einer lautstärke. Das könnte man etwas später ansetzen, somit könnten die Gäste sich organisieren und an diesem Tag einen Ausflug machen. Auch gab man uns "Decken" für die Betten, da es im März noch kühl war, allerdings waren das "Filzlappen", die man nicht wirklich als Decken bezeichnen konnte.
