Staff very friendly and helpful. The view from the bedroom balcony was fantastic. Good breakfast always served very hot and was very tasty. We only had one evening meal which was very good.
Parking could be difficult, especially when the bar and restaurant was busy.

Staff were great. Food was OK. Parking was straight out front. bathroom looked recently refurbed and was clean and great showers. Lovely view of the water and Tamar bridge. Good value.
The room was right above the smoking area, so it was noisy until the bar closed. Also, the smoking area was right near the accommodation entrance, so it smelled of smoke all through the stairs and corridor....but to be fair the smoke wasn't in the room.
