Hosts are allways hanging over your necks... breakfast was the worst part of the day, constant coughing during the pandemic, and you need to ask for every single thing... parking good, rooms good, beds bad, location terrible

Beautiful guest house, spotlessly clean, wonderful breakfast with fruit from the garden, great staff

This guest house is amazing. It’s about 3 km out of town, and located in the middle of an olive tree grove and a large vegetable garden. The staff is very accommodating: Oscar picked us up from the bus station, and Caterina was very welcoming and made us a wonderful breakfast every day (with melons and figs from their own garden!). Caterina and Oscar (mother and son) spoke English, Italian, Croatian, and I think German too. The surrounding area of the guest house is beautiful. You can hear the cicadas chirping, and along the dirt road, there’s a place where all the light is blocked, and you can stargaze really well. This place reminded me of when I was younger, and we would go to my grampa’s house in the country in Italy. Our room was spotless and clean, and we had a balcony that overlooked the property. During the morning and night it was nice and cool, so we could open the door and possibly even sleep on the balcony if you wanted! And there weren’t any mosquitoes, which was super-great.

The Wi-Fi is a bit pokey, and the rooms don’t have air conditioning, but neither of those were a big deal for us. Keep in mind that if you don’t have a car, it’d be best to rent bikes to get to downtown (there’s a convenient place very near the property you can walk to).

Frühstück war ausreichend und sehr gut! Die Gastgeberin war sehr bemüht. Zimmer war sauber, alles Notwendiges vorhanden. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Pokój bez lodówki, przy temperaturach powyżej 30 stopni to nieporozumienie, fatalne WiFi, nie działająca telewizja, śniadanie porażka, wydzielana dla klienta, brak chociażby widelca, brak serwetek a tylko wydzielane dla klienta kawałek ręcznika papierowego, brak talerzyków...pojęcia nie mają o śniadaniu dla klienta i wogóle obsłudze klientów, całe szczęście, że spędziliśmy tam tylko dwa dni...zdecydowanie nikomu nie polecam.

Caterina es una señora encantadora y dulce, gracias por hacernos sentir como en casa

La habitación es espaciosa y el baño también. El desayuno completo gracias a toda la variedad de productos de la finca que Caterina propone (huevos, tomates, pepinos, fruta muy variada, aceite etc.) Se aparca perfectamente para el que llegue en coche.

Authentiek en zeer schoon. Op 10 min fietsen van centrum Porec.

Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren. Mensen zijn op leeftijd en zoons helpen bij de financiën en administratie. Prachtige locatie net buiten de stad. Wij hadden de fietsen mee en waren in 10 min in het centrum. Inrichting is authentiek en alles in brandschoon.

Pokoj byl krásně uklizený,čistý, klimatizovaný...kdo ovšem není zvyklý na klimu a pouze otevřené okno ,tak počítejte během chvíle s miliony komárů ...

Nelíbil se mi přístup paní domácí, dostali jsme osklive vynadáno za to ,že jsme si dovolili otevřít okno ,podotýkám ,ze jsme vypnuli klimatizaci, zacala se rozčilovat, že máme jít pryč,a že jsme pitomí.. také jsme dostali vynadáno za to,ze jsme ji zašpinili ručníky,podotýkám mírně jsme zaspinili ,kdyz jsme si utirali záda,které jsme si nedostatečné umyli,pak ze jsme špatně zaparkovali,přičemž jeji syn rekl,ze tam mame parkovat, . chápu paní domácí,ze je na to sama,ale její přístup akorát lidi odradí...nikdy více...za stejně peníze seženete daleko lepší ubytování skoro u pláže

Feels just like home

I haven't felt this comfortable in a long time. Peace, quiet, the forest surrounding the house, a spacious yard, everything smells fresh and clean, the beds are so comfortable... And the host—true Istrian hospitality, making you feel at ease every moment. The homemade breakfast was freshly prepared, with fruit picked straight from the family orchard. Just like home, full of warmth. Highly recommended in every possible way!!! _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Odavno se nisam ovako ugodno osećala. Mir, tišina, šuma oko kuće, prostrano dvorište, mirisno i čisto, udobni kreveti... a tek vlasnica..pravo istrijansko gostoprimstvo, da se osećate ugodno u svakom trenutku i domaći doručak, sveže pripremljen, voće tog časa ubrano iz porodičnog voćnjaka. Baš kao kod kuće, sa potpunom toplinom. Za svaku moguću prepruku!!!!!
