The house is well equipped, everything you might need is there. Beds are all comfortable and clean. The layout is good offering different spaces for sitting and quiet spaces for relaxing. It’s all about the location really, great views in both directions and three minutes from a great country pub. Five minutes from the action of Felixstowe sea front yet very peaceful down by the ferry. Would happily book again.

Location was excellent. Roomy house with balcony.
On arrival, we found that the property had not been cleaned very well. the plates and cutlery were dirty. the tea towel had large stains and there was a clothes horse of washing in the garden. there was dog hair on the sofa, broken light bulbs and small drops of blood on one of the bed sheets.
