Get set for a relaxing family holiday by the seaside at this delightful townhouse, which stands within 50 metres of Felixstowe’s popular sandy beach. An ideal base for active families keen to explore the Suffolk Coast & Heaths AONB, the townhouse features spacious living areas, a small courtyard garden and access to a children’s playground.
Laid out across three storeys and enjoying panoramic sea views, this gorgeous townhouse is perfect for an active family. Its bright and airy interior is peppered with plenty of comfortable seating and its naturally-lit rooms are arranged for social and quiet time in equal measure. Gather the family together in the lounge/diner, whether it’s for a film on the big screen or a culinary speciality you’ve been promising them all week, one that gets the senses purring while it's being prepared in the neighbouring kitchen. When everyone is ready for bed, or needs some quiet time, sanctuary is provided in each of the three bedrooms. The first floor is shared between a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and the family bathroom, while on the second floor, the en-suite king-size bedroom includes seating with blissful views past a Juliette balcony. You can send the children off to the beachside playground if they’re starting to get restless, calling them back when it’s time for sinful portions of fish and chips in the courtyard garden.
There’s plenty to occupy the whole family in and around Felixstowe. The beach (50 metres) is perfect for strolls, sunbathing or swimming, while the old town’s golf course (3.5 miles) enjoys uninterrupted sea views. The Suffolk Coast & Heaths AONB (4 miles) is a great place to reconnect with nature, and you can eat and shop to your heart’s content in the riverside town of Woodbridge (14 miles).
