Struttura molto pulita, posizione silenziosa e tranquilla. Il proprietario é stato molto gentile e cortese, non avendo ospiti il giorno seguente ci ha anche comunicato che potevamo rimanere oltre l'orario di checkout. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo e wifi ben funzionante (importante, visto che la rete cellulare non prende da quelle parti). A 15 min da Este, quindi ottimo per chi vuole vedere concerti al Palazzo Carrarese

Il checkout alle 9 é un po' presto, nonostante a noi sia stato concesso di rimanere oltre quindi non possiamo assolutamente dire nulla a riguardo! Nei dintorni ci sono poche strutture e non é possibile fare colazione se non spostandosi, almeno nella settimana in cui siamo capitati noi, altrimenti c'é un bar vicino che però era in ferie.

Posizione bellissima, immersa nel verde dei colli. Camera piccola ma confortevole, pulita e silenziosa. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile e gentile! Speriamo di ritornare presto e provare il ristorante.

Rapporto qualità prezzo ottima. Camera spaziosa. Ambiente tranquillo e rilassante.

Location - Beautiful. Yes, it's remote but just a perfect location. Nestled between some hills. Staggeringly beautiful scenery, even in October. Has to be seen. Even without phone signal. For a backpacker, it's a bit of a challenge to get to with a heavy load. But not too difficult. Views worth it. Restaurant - Pleasant enough food at a reasonable price. *Non meat eaters beware* - there aren't a lot of choices besides meat. No fish. Veggie option limited. Good selection of beer and spirits as I found, and my final bill was lower than expected. Breakfast - Basic but good. No cooked food but good selection of pastries. Price - I am not a cheapskate, but I do like a bargain. The price for the room was well worth it. Room - was basic but large enough. I asked for a single and I got a double so no complaints on that score. Bed comfy. Bathroom nice. What Brits would call a proper shower. Also has a bidet. Very quiet and good night's sleep as one would expect from a quiet location.

Arrival - Partly my fault, but there is zero Internet signal in the area (or phone reception) and I was on foot (backpacking). I rang the bell to the restaurant (which I presumed was the residence) as I couldn't make the booking online. No answer. I had to go 2km uphill and come back down and after 30 mins someone answered the door. *The entrance to the restaurant is not the same for the accomodation - its on the opposite side of the building. I wasn't aware of this as the entrance to the restaurant had all the Booking info on so...I presumed only one entrance... The greeting by the person who welcomed was efficient but not warm. Not a great start all round... Departure - I was asked if I wouldn't mind checking out early by 1 hour by two people at the residence as one had a day off. I then reasoned that I could pay first and leave the keys in the room and leave at desired check out time. I didn't mind so much, but I had to negotiate to check out at the stated time and find a way to make the hosts happy. I don't want people to suffer because I want to check out at the latest time- but they should have offered the solution, not me to make all our lives easier. WiFi - First world problems aside, the place is remote and without phone signal. The room I stayed in the WiFi was intermittent for some reason. Not the end of the world if you want peace or quiet. But if you are arriving by foot or bicycle, expect to lose phone signal around the area. There was a phone in the room I could notify people I was good (as travelling on foot alone). I would also recommend to the property to put WiFi details in the room. I say this as I am.not Italain so some confusion with getting a password if it's spoken - lost in translation etc... Putting the info in the room on the inside of the door would solve any misunderstandings and communication problems.
